U SERIES Agri-food Progressing Cavity Flanged Pumps
The U SERIES agri-food progressing cavity flanged pumps are ideal for the different stages of the olive oil production process.
By minimising aeration and agitation of fluids, they ensure gentle product conveyance without altering their organoleptic characteristics.
Wear parts can be easily replaced on site.
The U SERIES agri-food progressing cavity flanged pumps are self-priming, which means they have the ability to create a vacuum, allowing suction even under unloaded pipe conditions.
These pumps can use different types of process connections according to international standards (EN, DIN, ANSI, GAS and others), or have a special design.
They can also be supplied in different types of materials (e.g. CAST IRON, STAINLESS STEEL and others) depending on application contexts.
U SERIES agri-food progressing cavity flanged pumps achieve flow rates up to 15 m3/h and pressures up to 12 bar.
Space-Saving Monoblock Construction
Minimal on-site maintenance
Suction without foot valve
Continuous flow and minimal turbulence
Low rotational speed
Customised executions according to request
The rotor is available in many materials depending on the application: stainless steel AISI 304 (1.4301), stainless steel AISI 316 (1.4401) and others on request.
The stator is made of vulcanised rubber inside a steel tube, with integral seals on both sides in a variety elastomer (NBR, HNBR, EDPM, FPM and more on request). It is possible to have the stator inlet with hopper-shaped opening for improved feed of the product into the pumping part.
Cross joint protected by sleeve in various rubbers, in stainless steel.
Different types of process connections are available according to international standards (EN, DIN, ANSI, GAS and others) or in special execution; FDA food grade aluminium alloy material.
There are various types of seals:
The drive is directly flanged to the pump support lantern, resulting in compact dimensions, low total weight, easy maintenance and economic advantages.
